You can book through our mobile app or website. Simply select your pickup point, drop point, pickup date and time, choose your preferred vehicle and rental plan, and complete the payment. You'll receive a booking confirmation via SMS and email.
You need a valid driving licence (MCWG category for bikes/scooters) and a government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport). Upload clear photos of both documents through the app.
The security deposit is refunded within 3-5 business days after you return the vehicle in good condition. Any damages or traffic challans will be deducted from the deposit amount. The refund is credited to your original payment method or wallet.
Late return charges apply based on your rental plan. Typically ₹100-₹150 per hour for hourly/daily plans, and ₹200-₹400 per day for weekly/monthly plans. Please extend your booking through the app if you need more time.
Yes, you can cancel up to 4 hours before pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup will attract a 20% cancellation charge. No refund for no-shows.
